  Piata de e-learning din Romania este subdezvoltata, comparativ cu ceea ce se intampla in acest domeniu in alte state europene. Ca tendinte, Romania pare ca urmeaza modelul din Rusia, unde piata de e-learning a crescut pe baza investitiilor guvernamentale.
