We know that bringing new hires on board rapidly and efficiently is one of the keys to a company’s success. So we thought about a new way to do that, while providing your employees with some fun challenges that will keep them motivated and make them feel part of the team from day 1.

The platform is composed of 5 sections:

  • Home
  • Company
  • Job
  • Administration
  • Network

The home page is the personal area of each employee, with a message board, calendar and to-do list.

It is also the place used to keep track of the completion of trainings and other tasks assigned as part of the onboarding (induction) process.

This is summed up by the “Onboarding Level”, which goes from 1 to 5.

The company page introduces the history, mission statement and values of the company.

It’s also where new hires can discover their working environment as well as the company’s organizational structure and main products/services.

The job page allows employees to see their job description and the required trainings that have been selected by their manager.

This page is dedicated to administrative tasks: filling up forms, learning the processes and policies regarding personnel and completing health & safety compliance trainings.

This is the socializing hub, where new hires can get acquainted with their colleagues by checking their profiles and participating in discussion forums.
